High-Temp Operation

Like the ever-changing weather of the desert, there is a large variance in the environmental conditions

when performing IC Test. Going from low temperature to very high temperature in IC Test requires a

relay that can withstand these dramatic variations. Sanyu has many relay products that can stand up

these harsh conditions.

Product  Descriptions

Due to the high demand for High Operating Temperature relays, from our customers who implemented "KGD" IC memory test, in 2000 Sanyu developed and began to provide relays which are capable of operating up to 165°C. These products have been recognized by our customers for their long life and reduction of maintenance costs. Since introducing High Operating Temperature relays, we have continued to release products for 125°C, 140°C, and other specified ranges.

Our goal is to provide stable operation while maintaining higher reliability under these harsh conditions. Our design goals focus on robust quality design and our manufacturing process produces a variety of quality products to serve the IC industry.
